Northeast Ohio Applied Health (NOAH) is a CARF-accredited and ODADAS-certified, substance abuse disorder program. We treat adult women and men who struggle with substance abuse, drugs, and alcohol addictions. We offer evidence-based addiction treatment, individualized addiction treatment plans, and residential addiction therapy.
