Northeast Ohio Applied Health (NOAH) was founded in August 2010, and is a private, OMHAS certified substance use disorder program. NOAH’s treatment program serves adult women and men in Northeast Ohio who are struggling with the disease of drugs and alcohol addiction. NOAH offers both intensive and non-intensive out-patient group counseling. We also have two intensive out-patient assisted living environments. One is known as “Anchor of Hope” and the second one is the “NAVIGATOR”. Both are in Akron, Ohio. To help support clients’ participation and recovery, NOAH offers clients free door to door transportation to and from the facility and individual counseling and individual case management. NOAH is dedicated to empowering and enhancing the quality of lives of individuals and families through education, culturally competent care, and hope in the face of life’s difficulties and challenges.

  1. Anchor of Hope – Intensive 90-120 days Outpatient Program with Assisted Living
  2. Navigator House – Aftercare Independent Program with Assisted Living
  3. Intensive Outpatient Program – 3 days a week for 36 Sessions
  4. O.A.S.I.S Program – 5 days a week for 40 Sessions (step down)
  5. Non-Intensive Outpatient Program – 2 days a week for 20 Sessions
